An excellent Valdivia ceremonial hacha from Ecuador, ca. 3500 – 1500 BC. This finely made example is 6-1/8” long, 4-1/4” wide and is made from beautifully speckled greenstone. The piece is nicely polished and has good mineral deposits.

A large Nariño vessel from Colombia, ca. 850 – 1500 AD. This rare example from the Capuli cultural complex is 7” in diameter and is elaborately decorated with the characteristic black-on-red resist painted designs. It has an unusual square base and intact suspension loops. Intact, with strong mineral deposits.
