A fine Pihuamo figure from Colima, West Mexico, ca. 100 BC – 250 AD. It is 4-1/2” high and depicts a seated female, with legs spread and hands resting on her thighs. She is adorned with two headbands, large ear spools and a pair of bracelets. Intact, with strong mineral deposits on the nicely burnished red slip.
